📌1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pok99 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games and any other products or services made available through pok99 (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and use the pok99 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pok99 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise permitted to access online gaming platforms under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pok99 or on any responsible gaming register that applies to your account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or opening an account for a third party. Each pok99 account must correspond to one individual only.

📝3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active pok99 account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. If pok99 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be closed, and any bonuses, free spins or promotional credits accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pok99 account credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must notify pok99 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pok99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

• You must register using your own personal mobile phone number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk or Airtel Bangladesh). The phone number used at registration will be the primary means of account verification and password recovery.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. pok99 may request a copy of a valid national ID (NID), passport or birth certificate as part of the KYC process.
• The name on your pok99 account must match the name on the payment method (bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet) used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names may result in withdrawal delays or account review.
• pok99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to approving large withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity.

pok99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

All deposits are credited to your pok99 account balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to network availability from your payment provider. • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise instructed by pok99 support. pok99 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to the registered account holder.

All bets placed on the pok99 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended after they have been accepted by the system. ⚠️9. Account Suspension & Termination

pok99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pok99 reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, provided false registration information, or if closing the account is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulation. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach by the account holder, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pok99 account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active wagering requirements are attached to the remaining balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. ⚖️11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pok99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if pok99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pok99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pok99's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
